Having lived ten years in the U.S., Spain, France, The Netherlands, and Singapore, Rafael has traveled the world and shared his passion for Brazil with many people along the way.
He recently decided to dedicate his full time to True Brazil Travel and its clients after serving McKinsey & Company as a Consultant in São Paulo. Previously, he had an international career as Marketing Director for LAMAC, an association of American cable channels, working in the USA and Spain.
He began his career at Unilever in São Paulo and later joined Capital One in Florida as a Project Manager specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and market segmentation. He holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and Singapore, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University, in Ohio. He speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Dutch and is learning French. He currently lives in São Paulo.
Rafael is happiest when traveling with family and friends and is excited to share his expertise and love of Brazil with True Brazil Travel guests.
